KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 15): Kimlun Corp Bhd has bagged a RM214.76 million contract from Hillcrest Gardens Sdn Bhd to build two blocks of condominiums and ancillary buildings in Puchong, Selangor.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Kimlun said its wholly-owned subsidiary Kimlun Sdn Bhd had accepted the letter of award from Hillcrest Gardens for proposed project.

The construction work is expected to be completed by June 2020.

"The project is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of Kimlun Group for the financial years during the contract period," it added.

Kimlun shares closed unchanged at RM2.16 today, with 4,700 shares done, bringing a market capitalisation of RM690.4 million. — theedgemarkets.com
