KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 13): Perak Corp Bhd said its group CEO Zainal Iskandar Ismail, has stepped down from his position as executive director “to pursue other interest”.

It is not immediately clear if Zainal Iskandar, 48, is retaining his CEO position.

They included chairman Tan Sri Abdul Rashid Abdul Manaf and independent non-executive director Tan Sri Kunasingam Sittampalam.

Perak Corp redesignated vice chairman Datuk Redza Rafiq Abdul Razak as its chairman, following Abdul Rashid’s resignation.
