KUALA LUMPUR (April 3): Builder Tuju Setia Bhd (KL:TJSETIA) has bagged a contract worth RM264.07 million for the construction of serviced apartments in Cheras, Selangor.

The job involves the construction of four blocks of apartments of between 30 and 37 storeys high and one block of a five-storey podium with shop offices, the company said in a bourse filing.

The project was awarded by Danau Saujana Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of MKH Bhd (KL:MKH), and is expected to be completed within 34 months.

Tuju Setia said the contract is expected to contribute positively to its earnings and net assets for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2025 until the completion of the project.

Shares of Tuju Setia finished unchanged at 24.5 sen on Thursday, valuing the company at RM85 million.
