KUALA LUMPUR (May 30): Exsim Hospitality Bhd (KL:EXSIMHB), formerly known as Pan Malaysia Holdings Bhd, has bagged a RM46 million contract to carry out interior fit-out works on an 11-storey hotel in Port Dickson.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia on Friday, Exsim Hospitality said its wholly-owned subsidiary Exsim Concepto Sdn Bhd (ECSB) had on May 30 accepted a letter of award (LOA) from TotalBuildz Sdn Bhd for the proposed job.

The project is scheduled to begin immediately and is expected to be completed by May 29, 2026.

Exsim Hospitality said the contract is expected to contribute positively to the group’s net assets per share, earnings per share and gearing throughout its duration.

Exsim Hospitality’s shares closed up 0.5 sen or 1.35% to 37.5 sen on Friday, giving it a market capitalisation of RM348.3 million. The stock has gained 4.17% so far this year.
