According to Winson Liem Chin Fatt (REN 42924) (017-920 3368) of Billion Realtors, the buyer saw strong investment value in the retail shop given Pavilion Bukit Jalil’s growing potential and solid rental demand. The owner felt it was the right time to cash out with a good profit as he plans for retirement.
