KUALA LUMPUR (July 26): Majestic Gen has unveiled Majestic Aman, a freehold residential and commercial development comprising 73 double-storey terrace homes and 23 shop offices in Taman Sungai Dua Utama on Penang's mainland.

In a press statement on July 25, Majestic Aman sits on 5.66 acres with a gross development value of RM66.8 million, It also marks the developer’s latest foray into family-oriented townships in northern Malaysia.

The terraced homes, priced from RM585,000, measure 20ft by 70ft with a built-up of 1,789 sq ft. Each unit features a ground-floor bedroom to accommodate multi-generational living, a dedicated family area upstairs, and a flexible rear space suitable for a wet kitchen or storage.

"A true home is where life unfolds, where generations grow together, and where every moment is felt and remembered. With Majestic Aman, our vision is to create such places," said Majestic Gen CEO Datuk Hoo Kim See.

Majestic Gen executive director Ta Wee Dher concurred and said: "When we began designing these homes, we asked ourselves, 'How does life really feel inside a space?' It is the quiet moments that stay with us. A child’s first steps. A shared meal across generations. With Majestic Aman, we wanted to create places that honour these moments."

Designed with a north-south orientation to encourage natural ventilation, the homes also incorporate open-plan living areas and ample daylight through strategically positioned windows.

Commercial offerings at Majestic Aman include 23 two-storey shop offices, each spanning 2,427 sq ft and priced from RM942,000. These units feature column-free layouts, wide frontages and pedestrian-friendly access, catering to retail, F&B, clinics, and service-based businesses.

Soft-launched in June 2025, the development has recorded over 500 registrations to date. Foundation works are ongoing, with completion targeted for 2027.
