Around Taman Sri Tebrau, Johor Bahru, the average transacted price surged by 10.96%, rising from RM721,000 in 2023 to RM800,000 in 2024 (source: EdgeProp EPIQ).

According to Adin Sudirman (REN 49580) (016-324 9228) of IQI Realty Sdn Bhd, the buyer was seeking a family home near Singapore to stay close to relatives across the border. The seller, who inherited the house from his late father, wanted to relocate to the Klang Valley and divide the proceeds from the sale among his siblings.

As of end of July 2025, there were 36 sale listings on EdgeProp at Taman Sri Tebrau, with an average asking price of RM1,137,222.22 or RM385.80 psf, based on built-ups ranging from 2,800 to 3,400 sq ft.
