IJM Land and Amona Group formalise MOUs with sixteen tenants for Enlace Shoppes

• The anchor tenant in Enlace Shoppes will be Jaya Grocer, while other tenants include Anytime Fitness, Guardian, Kolab Detailing, Giglio, INNBar, Good Blue Men, Mini Thai, Boys Don’t Fry, Seng Kee Chicken Rice, Canton Boy, MeeLa, Cotta, Daseo, Crab Bro Noodles House and La Pane Pizza.

KUALA LUMPUR (July 29): IJM Land Bhd and Amona Group have signed memoranda of understanding (MOUs) with 16 tenants for Enlace Shoppes on July 25. Enlace Shoppes is the retail component within Enlace, a 18.18-acre mixed-use development in Pantai Sentral Park, Kuala Lumpur.

According to a press release on July 28, Phase 1 of Enlace Shoppes is set to open in 2029 with a net lettable area (NLA) of 99,335 sq ft. Upon completion, Enlace Shoppes will have a total NLA of approximately 315,000 sq ft.

The natural landscaping and environmental considerations in our design reflect our vision of a retail space that complements rather than competes with its surroundings,” said IJM Land CEO Datuk Tony Ling.

Enlace Shoppes is intended to cater to residents of Pantai Sentral Park and visitors from neighbouring areas. It will feature a forest dining concept, with food and beverage outlets placed alongside tree-canopied pedestrian paths.

Enlace Shoppes will also feature green terraces as well as incorporating green building practices, like using eco-friendly materials, energy-efficient systems, rainwater harvesting and drought-resistant landscaping. The mixed-use development also features accessibility features like assisted washrooms and step-free access. Enlace Shoppes will also include 24-hour security, surveillance systems and on-site emergency response.
