KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 5): S P Setia Bhd (KL:SPSETIA) has launched Elysian, a 40-unit freehold residential enclave within its Setia Alamsari township in Kajang, Selangor.
According to a media statement on Tuesday, the limited-release comprises 18 bungalows and 22 semidees, designed to offer exclusivity, privacy and contemporary living in a low-density setting.
Built on land sizes ranging from 40ft by 80ft, to 60ft by 100ft, the homes have built-up areas from 2,946-3,295 sq ft.
Prices for the semidees start from RM1.63 million, while bungalows range from RM2.18 million for Type D to RM2.26 million for Type E.
All homes come with built-in sustainability features such as solar panels, electric-vehicle charging points, rainwater harvesting systems, digital locks and smart-home technology.
Divisional general manager of Setia Alamsari Koh Sooi Meng said Elysian was a strong contender in Kajang’s landed property segment.

The project is part of the 775-acre Setia Alamsari integrated township, which includes the newly completed Emporia commercial hub and upcoming Masjid Baiturrahman Alam Sari.
Residents will also have access to The Lawn, a private garden sanctuary, in addition to tree-lined jogging trails, landscaped gardens and views of a 7.7-acre lake.
The site is connected to the KL-Seremban Highway, Kajang-Seremban Highway, and Kajang SILK Highway, with access to tolls such as Bangi and Putra Mahkota.
Nearby amenities include Danau and Bangi Golf Clubs, Bangi Wonderland Themepark, Taman Tasik Cempaka, Stadium Kajang, and educational institutions such as Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), German Malaysian Institute, and Rafflesia International School.
