Malton marks structural completion of River Park Bangsar South, on schedule for completion in 3Q2026

• Unit layouts range from 812 sq ft to 1,180 sq ft, offering a mix of two- and three-bedroom configurations. The project carries a provisional GreenRE Bronze certification, with sustainable features such as eight electric vehicle charging stations. 
• Beyond River Park, Malton is preparing to launch Mutiara Lake Puchong in 3Q2025.

KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 18): Malton Bhd held its first topping-out ceremony of the year, marking the structural completion of River Park Bangsar South.

In a statement on Monday, the GreenRE-certified residential development has achieved an 80% take-up rate and is on schedule for completion in the third quarter of 2026. 

Situated between Old Klang Road and Bangsar South, the project is located near Mid Valley City and is accessible via public transportation.  

The group plans to invest RM25 million to construct a road link to the Federal Highway and New Pantai Expressway (NPE), targeted for completion alongside the development.

Connectivity will also be enhanced by the upcoming MRT 3 Circle Line Pantai Permai Station, located approximately 1km away, and a 300-metre pedestrian walkway to the Angkasapuri KTM Station. 

“By the end of 2026, more than 1,300 families are expected to make River Park their home, bringing renewed vibrancy and opportunities to the Bangsar South area,” said Malton’s executive director, Datuk Hong Lay Chuan.

River Park comprises three residential towers with a total of 1,332 condominium units and an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM1 billion.

Unit layouts range from 812 sq ft to 1,180 sq ft, offering a mix of two- and three-bedroom configurations. The project carries a provisional GreenRE Bronze certification, with sustainable features such as eight electric vehicle charging stations. 

Advanced construction technologies, including the Industrialised Building System and Building Information Modelling, have also been adopted to improve construction quality and efficiency.

Beyond River Park, Malton is preparing to launch Mutiara Lake Puchong in 3Q2025. 

The lakeside residential project will comprise a 35-storey tower with 526 units ranging from 1,022 sq ft to 1,345 sq ft, with a projected GDV of RM400 million. 

Designed with families in mind, the project is located within walking distance of the Pusat Bandar Puchong LRT station and has direct access to the Damansara–Puchong Highway (LDP).
