The seller, who had originally purchased the property for investment, was equally motivated to cash out, making it a win-win deal for both parties.
As of end-August, there were 54 sale listings on EdgeProp at Park Place, with an average asking price of RM2,442,148.00 or RM1,473.50 psf, based on built-ups ranging from 1,109 to 3,000 sq ft. For rentals, there were 74 listings, with an average monthly rent of RM9,285.12 or RM5.70 psf, based on built-ups ranging from 1,109 to 2,390 sq ft.
