The average transaction price for Lucky Garden was RM640 psf, based on EdgeProp’s data for the past 48 months.
According to Joshua Selvan Yogaselvam (REN 34563) (017-613 3357) of Tech Real Estate Sdn Bhd, the buyer liked that the unit required minimal work to move in and the breath taking view at the back. The buyer also felt it was a good deal as the unit was well priced for something in a move-in condition. Joshua added that the seller was upgrading to a bungalow.
