The average transaction price for Seri Bukit Ceylon condominium was RM630 psf, based on EdgeProp’s data for the past 48 months.
According to Ann Ong (PEA 3506) (010-280 2014) of PropNex Realty Sdn Bhd, the buyer was attracted to the unit as a good option for both investment and own-stay purposes. The seller, a foreigner, was cashing out, making it a deal with strong return on investment for the buyer.
As of mid-September, there were 28 sale listings on EdgeProp at Seri Bukit Ceylon condominium, with an average asking price of RM800,392.82 or RM766.43 psf, based on built-ups ranging from 646 to 2,600 sq ft. For rentals, there were 13 listings, with an average monthly rent of RM2,807.69 or RM3.16 psf, based on built-ups from 592 to 2,600 sq ft.
