The average transacted price at Desa ParkCity has been on an upward momentum to RM2.7 million (RM1,300 psf) in 2024 from RM1.9 million (RM1,100 psf) in 2023. Non-landed residential properties span approximately 12.51 acres, or 0.45% of the area (source: EdgeProp EPIQ).
According to Bing Cher (REN 50482) of Reapfield Properties Sdn Bhd, the buyer is an existing Desa ParkCity owner who is confident in the township’s properties and has decided to invest in this new condominium. The buyer also believed that purchasing property in Desa ParkCity is always a good move. The previous owners decided to sell the unit because they felt that they owned too many properties and wanted to let go of one.
As of end-September, there were 80 sale listings on EdgeProp at Desa ParkCity, with an average asking price of RM1,096,148.94 or RM1,131 psf, based on built-ups ranging from 520 to 1,286 sq ft.
