PETALING JAYA (Sept 30): Worldwide Holdings Bhd (WHB) has launched Phase 2 of Lyra Residensi at Cyber Valley, Cyberjaya, recording more than 50% take-up on launch day last weekend.

WHB chief operating officer Real Estate Sr. Hamzyar Toha said Phase 1 had achieved a 95% take-up, and Phase 2 was launched to meet the strong demand.

“The encouraging take-up of Phase 1 shows that buyers today are looking for more than just a house, they want a home that complements their lifestyle.

“Phase 1’s success is proof that quality homes in the right location will always find their market. Lyra 2 continues this promise, offering thoughtfully planned spaces, reliable workmanship and attractive value that appeal to both first-time buyers and upgraders,” he said in a statement on Saturday.

“With Phase 2, we are introducing residences that balance modern design, functionality and comfort, giving families a space to grow and thrive,” Hamzyar said.

Phase 2 will comprise 186 double-storey terrace homes with built-ups starting from 1,929 sq ft. Units are priced between RM1.05 million and RM1.67 million, according to figures listed on the Housing and Local Government Ministry’s (KPKT) Teduh housing portal.

The project is located within the Cyber Valley township in Cyberjaya, with access to schools, healthcare, retail and leisure facilities.

Connectivity is provided via the North–South Expressway Central Link (ELITE), DamansaraPuchong Expressway (LDP), Maju Expressway (MEX), New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) and South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE), as well as the nearby Cyberjaya City Centre MRT station.

Lyra Residensi Phase 2 continues WHB’s ongoing development in Cyber Valley, where the company has positioned its projects to meet demand for landed homes in well-connected areas.
