The average transaction price for Sunway Avila Residences was RM648 psf, based on EdgeProp’s data for the past 48 months. Historically, the highest price recorded in EdgeProp was RM742 psf in September 2020 for a 710 sq ft unit, and the lowest was RM453 psf in May 2025 for an 883 sq ft unit.
