PETALING JAYA (Oct 1): One Sentosa in Taman Sentosa, Johor Bahru, has secured more than 70% take-up for its first phase, Skyline (Eastside).
The project is part of TSLAW Land’s Skyline Series and marks the redevelopment of Plaza Sentosa into a 7.7-acre freehold mixed-use development.
It will feature residences, retail, and lifestyle facilities in the heart of Johor Bahru’s Golden Triangle.
Skyline (Eastside) consists of two towers Aloft Tower (58 floors) and Baymont Tower (60 floors) offering a total of 1,623 serviced apartments. Unit sizes range from 430 to 968 sq ft, with one- to three-bedroom layouts.
Dual-key options in the Lifestyle Suites of Aloft Tower (Type E and F) are designed for investors and multi-generational households.
Residents will have access to more than 40 facilities across four zones, including a Sky Lounge (Level 60), Sky Bar (Level 61), co-working space, golf simulator, mini theatre, podcast room, spin room, gym and a 50m lap pool.
Concierge services, managed by Peninsula Home, are provided for all residences. Complimentary offerings include parcel management, concierge assistance and shuttle services to the upcoming Johor Bahru–Singapore RTS station and nearby amenities.
On-demand services cover professional cleaning, air-conditioning servicing, dry cleaning, access to seminar halls, event spaces and co-working facilities. Premium vending machines and smart luggage storage are also available.
A retail podium forms part of the development, with Jaya Grocer confirmed as an anchor tenant.
The location adds to its appeal, with proximity to Mid Valley Southkey, Plaza Pelangi and KSL City Mall, as well as Columbia Asia Hospital and KPJ Johor Specialist.
International schools and universities such as Monash University and City University Malaysia are also nearby.
The upcoming RTS Link at Bukit Chagar, about four kilometres away via the Tebrau Highway, will connect Johor Bahru to Woodlands, Singapore, in just six minutes when it opens in 2027.
TSLAW Land executive director Law Wai Cheong said the company’s goal is to deliver the best lifestyle experience to homeowners by partnering with established retailers like Jaya Grocer.
“We are introducing a concierge service for all residences, designed to meet buyers' needs and offer a hotel-style living experience. We are truly grateful for the tremendous support for Skyline (Eastside) One Sentosa.
“Building on this success, we look forward to unveiling Skyline (Westside) soon, another distinctive chapter for One Sentosa, offering a fresh collection of residences for the market. We will share more in the coming months,” he said in a statement.
