The average transacted price for Taman Sri Hartamas in Kuala Lumpur was RM785 psf, based on EdgeProp’s data for the past 48 months. Historically, the highest price recorded in EdgeProp for residential properties in Taman Sri Hartamas was RM1,388 psf in November 2021 for a 1,765-sq ft unit, and the lowest was RM139 psf in November 2002 for a 1,870-sq ft unit
