According to EdgeProp EPIQ, within a 0.5km radius from the point of Jalan Low Hee Kong, Melaka, the average transacted price of landed properties increased from RM399,000 in 2022 to RM448,000 in 2023, before easing to RM421,000 in 2024. On a per-square-foot basis, prices rose from RM222 psf in 2022 to RM256 psf in 2023, before moderating to RM242 psf in 2024.
According to Wesley Tan (REN 28187) (017-688 9998) of IQI Realty Sdn Bhd, the buyer loved that the unit is directly by the sea, a feature that is rare in Melaka. It was considered a good deal, as the previous owners have already carried out some refurbishment works and there had been strong interest from three other potential buyers. They decided to sell as they were downsizing, having moved to a penthouse after their children grew up and started working outside of Melaka.
