PETALING JAYA (Nov 11): Eco Business Park 7 (EBP 7), the first industrial development in Parcel C of the Malaysia Vision Valley 2.0 (MVV 2.0) masterplan, was officially launched today with the opening of its sales gallery.
Developed through a public–private partnership between Eco World Development Group Bhd (EcoWorld), SD Guthrie Bhd, and Negeri Sembilan Corporation (NS Corp), EBP 7 spans 1,195 acres of freehold land in Bukit Pelandok, Mukim Jimah, Port Dickson.
It carries a gross development value of about RM3 billion and forms a major component of MVV 2.0’s Parcel C, which focuses on industrial, logistics and economic clusters.
EcoWorld president and CEO Datuk Chang Khim Wah said the launch marks the beginning of Parcel C’s transformation into a vibrant industrial and logistics hub.
“With our experience in delivering successful Eco Business Parks, we are confident that EBP 7 will attract quality investors, create skilled jobs and contribute meaningfully to Negeri Sembilan’s long-term economic growth,” he said.
EBP 7 is designed as an integrated industrial park with commercial hubs that support a self-sustaining business ecosystem. It will offer a mix of medium-sized industrial lots, semi-detached and cluster factories, and industrial parcels ranging from one to five acres, with larger tracts also available.
The project’s first phase, known as the SME Core, will feature cluster factories (60’×100’, 60’×120’), semi-detached factories (75’×130’, 75’×140’) and industrial land parcels between one and five acres, aimed at catering to small and medium enterprises.
Located near the proposed Nilai–Labu–Enstek Expressway, EBP 7 offers direct access to Kuala Lumpur International Airport, Port Klang and PLUS Highway, providing connectivity to major logistics routes across Peninsular Malaysia.
The park targets high-growth industries such as aerospace, electrical and electronics, logistics and e-commerce, halal industries, biotechnology, and advanced manufacturing.
SD Guthrie group managing director Datuk Mohamad Helmy Othman Basha said the collaboration represents a key step in the group’s industrial growth strategy.

“EBP 7 marks an important milestone in Guthrie's expansion within the industrial parks segment. It brings together vision, strategy and execution. While Guthrie works to unlock the value of our landbank, we are delighted to be part of Negeri Sembilan's vision and the national development agenda,” he said.
Negeri Sembilan Menteri Besar and NS Corp chairman Datuk Seri Aminuddin Harun said the project is a strong example of how public–private partnerships can generate real economic impact.
“MVV 2.0 is a state-led, private sector-driven initiative aimed at creating quality employment and attracting high-impact industries. EBP 7, as the first industrial project in Parcel C, will serve as a catalyst and play a pivotal role in achieving these goals,” he said.
He added that EBP 7 will also benefit from Negeri Sembilan’s inclusion in the Central Region Industrial Cluster, recently launched by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
