Eila Muhamad’s career in real estate is deeply motivated by a passion for service and the unique benefits the industry offers. For Eila, the work is meaningful because it involves guiding people to find a home that is right for them, providing a significant impact on their lives. What drove her to pursue the career were the freedom and flexibility it offered, alongside the potential for both financial and personal growth. She began her journey by attending training, obtaining her REN (Real Estate Negotiator) certificate, and joining a robust agency where she built her network and learned from experienced mentors.

"I’m truly passionate about helping people find a home that suits them, and I love it when this work makes a big impact on someone’s life" she said, underscoring the personal connection she feels to her work.

Eila attributes her consistent performance to an uncompromising dedication to discipline and consistency. She structured her days around clear, intentional goals, ensuring every action moved her closer to her objectives. She also makes it a point to continuously invest in herself through books, training, and networking.

"Consistency has been key for me. I created a daily routine that keeps me focused, starting with setting clear goals every morning, following up with prospects, and dedicating time to marketing my listings," she explained.

One of Eila's most rewarding moments in 2024 was successfully helping a client secure a business property. The client had been searching for a suitable factory for over a year, making the negotiation and closing process particularly meaningful when it finally succeeded.

Deals required extra time and effort due to client caution and selectivity.

This year, Eila faced the challenges of a tough market where conditions led to more "picky" buyers. She overcame this by prioritizing patience, focusing on continuous learning, and making a concerted effort to truly understand the deeper needs of her clients.

"This year, the market was quite tough, and some buyers were really picky. I just stayed patient, kept learning, and tried to understand what my clients really needed. In the end, it worked out," she said.

For agents aiming to break through their first RM200,000, Eila’s advice is simple: stay consistent, focus on learning, and don’t give up when the journey becomes difficult. She insists that success is a direct result of serving clients with heart, trusting that genuine effort and dedication will ultimately lead to significant results.
