KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 17): Mah Sing Group Bhd has opened the sales gallery for M Aria, its third residential project in Sentul that plans to offer three-bedroom units priced from RM498,000.
“The opening of this sales gallery, less than a year after we have acquired the land for M Aria, is a testament to our fast-turnaround business model,” said Mah Sing group CEO and executive director Datuk Voon Tin Yow in his speech at the event.
“M Aria is located at a strategic location, making it ideal for working adults and young families looking for conveniences and better connectivity.
“And just like most of our M Series projects, M Aria is thoughtfully planned with sustainability in mind,” said Voon.

The M Aria sales gallery is at Riverwalk Village, Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah (formerly Jalan Ipoh).
He also revealed that M Aria is planned for GreenRE Silver certification, reflecting the group’s commitment to environmentally responsible and energy-efficient developments.

Mah Sing founder and group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum said the opening of M Aria’s sales gallery reflects the group’s continued confidence in Sentul’s growth potential.
“With a solid brand presence, a proven track record and a healthy balance sheet, the group will continue to scout for more strategic lands to expand its residential and industrial portfolios in the Klang Valley, Johor and Penang,” he said.
