According to EdgeProp EPIQ, the average transacted price for landed homes in USJ 3 charted a consistent increase from RM815,000 to RM843,000, to RM871,000 from 2022 to 2024. However, on a per-square-foot (psf) basis, prices rose from RM469 in 2022, to RM487 in 2023, before slipping to RM472 in 2024.

Based on 26 rental listings, the average monthly rate was RM2,324.96 or RM1.50 psf with built-ups ranging from 1,200 to 3,300 sq ft.
