KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 18): Boutique property developer Bon Estates Sdn Bhd has topped out its Bon Kiara development in Mont’Kiara, marking a key milestone for the 410-unit project slated for completion in the third quarter of 2026.
The topping-out ceremony also featured the release of 410 birds, symbolising each home.
Bon Estates chairman Goh Soo Sing said the team was grateful for the strong buyer support that helped bring the project to this stage.
“Thank you to the Bon Community who have chosen to make Bon Kiara their home, a place we have carefully curated and crafted in Mont’Kiara.
“Building on the success of our flagship project, The Estate, South Bangsar, we are grateful to be delivering yet another home that reflects our belief in living well crafted,” he said during the ceremony today at the Bon Kiara.
Goh also stated that the developer has embarked on corporate social responsibility initiative, a new road connecting Jalan Kiara 3 to Jalan Duta Kiara which is set to be completed by 2Q2026.

“The link will improve accessibility and convenience for residents and the surrounding community,” he said.
