According to EdgeProp EPIQ, the average transacted price for commercial properties within Pavilion Embassy in 2024 was RM2.2 million while the average transacted per-square-foot (psf) price for the same year was RM1,300.
According to Dior Toh (PEA 3539) (017-898 6188) of PropNex Realty, the buyers were attracted to Pavilion Embassy’s Grade A specs, strong rental prospects, and ended up securing six units in the same building as part of their long-term investment play.
