According to EdgeProp EPIQ, the average transacted price for commercial properties within Pavilion Embassy in 2024 was RM2.2 million while the average transacted per-square-foot (psf) price for the same year was RM1,300.

Based on 61 rental listings, the average monthly rate was RM12,528.95 or RM6.35 psf, based on built-ups ranging from 1,050 to 5,591 sq ft.
