• This is Crest Builder’s fourth contract to date from ParkCity Group.

KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 24): Crest Builder Holdings Bhd (KL:CRESBLD) has secured a RM299.4 million contract for the construction of a new commercial development in Desa ParkCity, Kuala Lumpur.

In a bourse filing on Monday, it said the 36-month contract was awarded to its wholly owned subsidiary Crest Build Sdn Bhd from Perdana ParkCity Sdn Bhd, which is the master developer of the Desa ParkCity township.

Under the contract, Crest Builder will be responsible for the construction works of a 46-storey office tower, which comprises two levels of retail shops, 36 levels of office spaces as well as a multi-storey car park.

The contract will commence from July 18, 2026 to July 27, 2029.

This is Crest Builder’s fourth contract to date from ParkCity Group, according to Crest Builder group managing director Eric Yong Shang Ming in a separate statement.

Yong added, “Supported by a solid order book and resilient project pipeline, we remain committed to deliver sustainable growth and upholding the highest standard of quality.”

The new job boosts Crest Builder’s total outstanding order book to an estimated RM1.7 billion, which provides earnings visibility for the next four years, the group said.

Crest Builder is primarily involved in construction and property development as well as mechanical and electrical engineering services and project management, according to the company’s website.

Shares of Crest Builder were up half a sen or 1% to 51 sen on Monday ahead of the contract’s announcement. At its last price, it has a market capitalisation of RM107.2 million.
