SHAH ALAM (Dec 4): Berjaya Land Bhd (KL:BJLAND) has officially launched its RM398 million Bayu Timur Residences, a freehold condominium development sited on an 8.5-acre plot in Berjaya Park in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam on Thursday.
“This new launch reflects our long-term commitment to enhancing the living experience and overall value of the area. We believe the development will further uplift the landscape and offer superb lifestyle options,” said Berjaya Land executive director Tan Tee Ming at the launch event at the project’s sales gallery.
He added that Bayu Timur Residences is the second last development in the Berjaya Park township in Shah Alam, with only one parcel of land left for a future development.

The units come in four layouts with built-ups ranging from 1,000 sq ft to 1,280 sq ft, with the option of dual-key units. Prices start from RM500,000. The maintenance fee is set at 28 sen psf, inclusive of sinking fund.
The project is expected to be completed by early 2029.

According to the developer, the units will also come with fully fitted bathrooms, kitchen cabinet with hood and hob, digital lockset, instant water heater, and air-conditioning units.
Residents will have access to over 30 facilities including a swimming pool, multipurpose hall, gymnasium, co-working space and more. The project also features a three-tier security and two acres of lush greenery.
In terms of accessibility, Bayu Timur Residences in located adjacent to the Bukit Kemuning Golf & Country Resort and minutes away from highways such as the Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS), Kemuning-Shah Alam Highway (LKSA) and the ELITE Highway.
