PETALING JAYA (Dec 9): Malton Bhd has opened the Mutiara Lake Puchong sales gallery and show unit in Puchong Town Centre, Selangor, offering an early look at its upcoming lakefront condominium.
The development follows Malton’s earlier projects in Taman Mutiara Indah and Taman Mutiara Puchong, and will be its final launch in Puchong.

It includes more than 28 facilities such as a lakefront infinity pool, landscaped gardens, children’s play areas, a gymnasium, and a multipurpose hall. Bathrooms come with ramp access for elderly use.

Built on 5.3 acres, the 34-storey tower will house 526 units. Layouts range from 1,022 to 1,345 sq ft with 3- and 4-bedroom options. The project has a gross development value of about RM400 million and is scheduled for completion in 4Q2029.
