PETALING JAYA (Dec 9): Malton Bhd has opened the Mutiara Lake Puchong sales gallery and show unit in Puchong Town Centre, Selangor, offering an early look at its upcoming lakefront condominium.

The development follows Malton’s earlier projects in Taman Mutiara Indah and Taman Mutiara Puchong, and will be its final launch in Puchong.

Mutiara Lake Puchong is located in Puchong Town Centre with direct access to the Damansara–Puchong Expressway (LDP), and is about 1km from the Pusat Bandar Puchong LRT station. 

Residents will have a dedicated shuttle service to the station, and Pavilion Bukit Jalil shopping mall, which has received the World Gold Award (Retail) from the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards 2024.

Nearby amenities include schools, healthcare centres, neighbourhood retail, IOI Mall Puchong, Sunway Pyramid, Taman Wawasan Recreational Park, and Sunway Lagoon.

Built on 5.3 acres, the 34-storey tower will house 526 units. Layouts range from 1,022 to 1,345 sq ft with 3- and 4-bedroom options. The project has a gross development value of about RM400 million and is scheduled for completion in 4Q2029.
