• Novva Nexus will be the first Grade A office tower in the south of Klang.

KLANG (Dec 10): Mitraland Group on Wednesday launched its Novva Nexus office tower project in Klang with a gross development value of RM130 million.

The 28-storey building includes 20 floors of premium office suites ranging from 1,048 sq ft to 11,574 sq ft, with prices starting from RM671,000.

This will be the first Grade A office tower in the south of Klang, according to a statement from Mitraland.

Novva Nexus is also designed to support today’s dynamic work culture, integrating co-working spaces and sports facilities, the statement said. Mitraland had earlier announced partnerships with Colony Coworking Space, Anytime Fitness and Sports Arena (under the Lavis Group of Companies).

Mitraland noted that Novva Nexus has access to major highways such as Kesas, ELITE, SKVE, Federal Highway, NKVE, Shapadu Highway and the West Coast Expressway.

In conjunction with the launch of the office tower, Mitraland presented a mock cheque totalling RM40,000 to three charitable organisations, namely The Edge Foundation, Yayasan Sin Chew and Yayasan Berita Harian.

The move, the group said, is in line with Mitraland’s ongoing commitment to its CSR programme, Mitraland CARE, which stands for community, aid, response and effort.

The initiative, it added, represents the group’s long-term dedication to uplifting communities through meaningful CSR programmes, educational support and responsive assistance to social needs
