PETALING JAYA (Dec 17): All open units of OSK Property’s Bayu68 commercial development were sold within three hours at its unit selection, and sale and purchase agreement signing event, marking a sellout for the project in Iringan Bayu. Bumiputra units are, however, still available.
OSK Property CEO Ong Ghee Bin said Bayu68 represents the next step in the growth of OSK Iringan Bayu, a master-planned township in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.
“As the township grows, we want to bring in businesses and lifestyle elements that not only support the community but also enrich it.
“This development opens the door to new opportunities and adds momentum to the vibrant ecosystem taking shape here,” he said in a statement on Friday.

The site includes 368 parking bays and multiple signage points to enhance tenant visibility and customer wayfinding.
Located along Jalan Iringan Bayu, the project fronts the main road and is directly linked to the upcoming Forest Park, a planned township park within OSK Iringan Bayu.

Connectivity is boosted by a newly opened route that cuts travel time to Seremban 2 to about seven minutes.
Besides Bayu68, Iringan Bayu comprises close to 3,500 completed homes, and a community of around 10,000 residents. The township also features the 22-acre Wetland Park, which recently won the Fiabci World Prix d’Excellence Awards 2025 World Gold in the Environmental category.
Current residential offerings include double-storey terrace homes under Irumia (from RM406,024), Reveria (from RM430,058), and Aleria (from RM448,688).
