According to Khoo Kay Hao (REN 59923) (012-307 1081) of CBD Properties Sdn Bhd, the buyers purchased the 1.5-storey terrace house for their parents. They were drawn to the two ground-floor bedrooms that made it suitable for senior living. He added that the previous owners were selling as they were based overseas with no plans to return to Malaysia for retirement. Khoo stated that it was also a good deal for the buyers, given the home was move-in ready with only minor renovations needed.

For rentals, there were *17 listings, with an average monthly rate of RM2,347.06 or RM1.60 psf, based on built-ups ranging from 1,200 to 5,480 sq ft.
