KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 16): AFFIN Bank Bhd has launched AFFIN Home Reno/-i, a comprehensive home renovation financing solution, offering all-in-one financing for both interior and exterior works.
This covers financing margins of up to 120% combining home and renovation needs, and flexible tenures of up to 35 years to support more manageable repayments.
The launch took place at Menara AFFIN in Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) here recently, marking the bank’s first official event of 2026, which also included a strategic partnership ceremony and the unveiling of additional financial and digital solutions.
AFFIN Home Reno/-i is supported by partnerships with established industry players, creating an integrated renovation ecosystem. Partners include Lorenzo, a provider of premium sofas; One Living, which offers a range of home appliances through more than 60 stores nationwide; More Design, a bespoke interior designer with experience across multiple design styles and over 1,000 completed projects; and MK Curtain, which supplies customised window treatments through more than 60 branches nationwide.
AFFIN Bank president and group CEO Datuk Wan Razly Abdullah said the initiative is aligned with the AFFIN Axelerate 2028 Strategic Plan, which aims to position itself as a financial partner across various stages of customers’ lives.
“This event is not merely about the introduction of a new financing proposition. It reflects AFFIN’s ongoing evolution as a financial institution that remains attentive to customers’ needs, responsive to changing market dynamics, and focused on delivering sustainable, long-term value,” Wan Razly said.
He added that AFFIN Flexi Save/-i, enables borrowers to offset financing balances against deposit savings, potentially reducing interest or profit payments, and offering additional financial flexibility.
The event also featured the launch of ATMOZFR, a digital application that consolidates event information, navigation, and promotions into a single platform. ATMOZFR is designed to enhance the user experience for live events, including concerts, and other shared activities.
The introduction of AFFIN Home Reno/-i, AFFIN Flexi Save/-i, and ATMOZFR demonstrates AFFIN’s strategy to provide practical solutions for homeowners while expanding its services into lifestyle-related initiatives, said the bank.
