PETALING JAYA (Jan 22): Real estate solutions provider Hartamas Real Estate has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with UCAN Technologies Sdn Bhd to collaborate on the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI)-driven solutions.
In a statement on Thursday, the companies said the partnership will focus on pilot projects, knowledge transfer and proof-of-concept initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and improving agent productivity.
Under the collaboration, Hartamas Real Estate will be responsible for coordinating business requirements and driving participation, while UCAN Technologies will provide technology expertise, training and guidance to support the effective implementation of AI-powered solutions.
“This collaboration with UCAN Technologies allows us to leverage AI and cutting-edge technology to streamline operations, enhance agent productivity, and deliver more value to our clients,” said Hartamas Real Estate managing director Eric Lim.
Meanwhile, UCAN Technologies chief data scientist, big data researcher & mentor Dr Lau Cher Han said: “AI-powered automation and training solutions can significantly improve efficiency and decision-making. This partnership demonstrates how technology can be applied to real-world business challenges, creating smarter workflows and more productive teams.”
