According to Mei Fong Wong (REN 32252) (012-202 3711) of Reapfield Properties Sdn Bhd, the buyers chose the unit because of its convenient location, renovated condition, and the view it offered, noting that all these qualities matched their preferences to a tee. Wong said that such a location and view are hard to come by. The owner said the decision to sell was driven by a desire to downsize, as his children no longer wished to live in such a large space.
