PETALING JAYA (Feb 6): Eastern & Oriental Bhd (E&O) unveiled Seri Embun, a gated, low-density residential community in City of Elmina, featuring spacious homes designed for privacy, multigenerational living, and access to surrounding green spaces.

E&O managing director Kok Tuck Cheong said wellness today is no longer an add-on, it is central to how people live, connect and thrive.

“At E&O, we see quality of life as something shaped not only by the home, but by the spaces, landscapes and communities that surround it. Sustainability and wellbeing are inseparable.

“Every element is considered not just for individual homes, but for the collective community experience. The GreenRE Gold Provisional Certification reflects our ongoing commitment to responsible, people-centric developments,” he said in a statement.

Spanning 35.83 acres, Seri Embun will feature 360 freehold, three-storey superlink homes, each with five bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Built-ups range from 2,982 to 3,339 sq ft and are designed to accommodate multigenerational living.

The Seri Embun Gallery is now open for private viewings, allowing potential buyers to experience the layouts, communal areas, and design language that will define the development.

The gallery reflects the future clubhouse and shared spaces, highlighting wellness-oriented layouts and a nature-connected environment.

Set against a hillside and bordering a 2,700-acre forest, Seri Embun integrates green corridors to provide privacy and a sense of calm within one of the Klang Valley’s fastest-growing townships.

Sustainability features include energy-efficient design, solar-ready provisions, and electric vehicle charging facilities.

True to its tagline, “An Enclave Above the Everyday”, Seri Embun is planned for those who value space, tranquillity, and meaningful connection.

E&O aims to bring the same approach it applied in Penang projects, including Seri Tanjung Pinang and Andaman, to the Klang Valley, offering low-density, nature-oriented residential options in a carefully planned neighbourhood.
