
PETALING JAYA (Feb 10): Berjaya Land Bhd, a subsidiary of Berjaya Corporation Bhd, has opened a new sales gallery for its Jesselton Courtyard residential development in Jesselton Selatan, Penang.
“Jesselton Courtyard has received an overwhelming response from both local and overseas buyers, quickly becoming one of the most talked-about residential developments in Penang,” the Kuala Lumpur-based developer said In a statement.
Opened last Friday, the sales gallery, is designed to provide visitors with a comprehensive and immersive introduction to Jesselton Courtyard.
The low-rise, low-density, freehold residential enclave comprises 239 units across 11.908 acres. Its Courtyard Homes and Courtyard Villas have built-ups ranging approximately 2,734–6,649 sq ft. The gated-and-guarded community offers landed-style living within the George Town area.

“The Jesselton Courtyard Sales Gallery … provides a tangible, immersive experience that allows purchasers to fully appreciate the scale, design and lifestyle proposition of this rare low-density enclave in George Town,” added Berjaya Land Bhd director of property sales and marketing Tan Tee Ming.
The project remains on track for completion by the end of 2027, said the statement.
The sales gallery, located at No. 2, Persiaran Jesselton Selatan, will open to visitors from the second day of Chinese New Year on Feb 18. Berjaya Land Development will also organise a roadshow at Gurney Plaza,
Penang, from Feb 14 to March 1 to provide further information on the project.
