According to Kj Jeevanathan (REN 43177) (014-634 9331) of Metro City Realtors Sdn Bhd, the buyer, an investor, was captured by the Bukit Gasing property because of its land size and attractive price. The previous owner, who inherited the property, was happy the unit found its new owner after being on the market for eight years.
A transaction for a Bukit Gasing bungalow was recorded in September 2025. The unit with an 11,573 sq ft land size was sold for RM2 million, translating to about RM172.82 psf (source: EdgeProp EPIQ).
As of early-March, based on *82 sale listings of bungalows on EdgeProp at Bukit Gasing, the average asking price was RM5,705,804.88 or RM383.62 psf, based on land sizes ranging from 5,639 to 28,600 sq ft. For rentals, there were *three listings, with an average monthly rate of RM16,000 or RM1.49 psf, based on land sizes ranging from 9,000 to 14,000 sq ft.
