According to Vince Tan (PEA 2949) (019-238 1068) of Kommons Realty Sdn Bhd, the buyer with a small family was drawn to the unit’s L-shaped balcony and high-floor views overlooking the greenery of Desa ParkCity. The previous owner, an investor, managed to sell the unit after about six months on the market, successfully flipping it for a profit of around RM2 million.
The latest transaction at Park Place for condominiums was recorded in December 2025, with a unit of 1,679.18 sq ft in built-up being sold for RM2.95 million, translating to RM1,756.81 psf (source: EdgeProp EPIQ).
As of end-March, based on *46 sale listings of Park Place condominiums on EdgeProp, the average asking price was RM2,930,086.96 or RM1,645.80 psf, based on built-ups ranging from 1,109 to 2,723 sq ft. For rentals, there were *23 listings, with an average asking monthly rate of RM14,004.35 or RM6.70 psf, based on built-ups ranging from 1,001 to 3,000 sq ft.
