PETALING JAYA (April 3): S P Setia Bhd (S P Setia) has introduced a Hari Raya Aidilfitri campaign featuring a range of purchase incentives, referral rewards and community-focused activities, aimed at new homebuyers, existing purchasers under its Citizen Setia programme, and the broader public.

In a statement yesterday (April 2) S P Setia said the campaign runs from March 16 to April 30, this year, and is designed to enhance the homeownership journey while strengthening connections among families, friends and communities.

Campaign incentives

Central to the initiative is the “Rezeki Bonanza” offering:

*Purchasers who book selected S P Setia properties during the campaign period and complete their Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) within 30 days will receive a RM4,000 reward per unit

In addition, the “Kawan Bawa Kawan” referral programme:

*Encourages Citizen Setia members to introduce prospective buyers
*Successful referrals completed within the campaign period will receive a RM3,000 referral fee per unit

Financing component: Maybank MyDeco

The campaign also includes a collaboration with Malayan Banking Bhd (Maybank) to offer the Maybank MyDeco financing solution.

*Eligibility: Existing Maybank mortgage customers
*Financing: Up to 30% additional margin, or up to 120% of property value
*Tenure: Up to 10 years

The facility is intended to support:

*Interior design works
*Furnishings and fittings
*Home customisation
