KUALA LUMPUR (April 15): IJM Land Bhd has invested approximately RM6.8 million in a new recreational precinct within its S2 Heights Aman development in Seremban 2, according to a press statement issued on Wednesday.
The investment covers the completion of the 12-acre S2 Lake Park, the three-acre Kidz Venture Park, a dedicated pet zone, and various community facilities. The precinct also features Negeri Sembilan’s first large-scale motion-responsive interactive light installation, which uses 3D visual scenes across a 50-metre walkway.
IJM Land chief operating officer Datuk Chai Kian Soon said the parks reflect the developer’s vision of creating townships where nature and community living are connected.

“When we invest in parks, landscapes and shared environments, we are investing in the quality of life of the community,” he said.
“Over time, they strengthen the identity of the township and contribute to the enduring value of homes within the neighbourhood.”
At the centre of the new lake park is a 6.6-metre-high public art installation titled “Family Bonding (Where Unity Forms)”. Commissioned by Malaysian sculptor Nizam Abdullah, the steel and metal sculpture is designed to reveal the silhouette of a family when viewed from a specific perspective.
S2 Heights Aman spans 400 acres with an estimated gross development value of RM1.585 billion. Located within an elevated landscape framed by the Banjaran Titiwangsa mountain range, the development is a major component of the 3,800-acre Seremban 2 township in Negeri Sembilan.
