PETALING JAYA (April 28): PropNex Malaysia marked eight years of operations in the country with the hosting of its Infinity Convention 2026 recently, bringing together its growing network of real estate negotiators (RENs) to celebrate milestones and chart the path ahead.
The convention, held at the Grand Ballroom of One World Hotel here, served as a retrospective of the company's journey since its establishment in 2018 as a master licensee of Singapore-based PropNex, which entered Malaysia with a pioneering team of 67 agents and RM7.89 million in sales, it said in its press statement today.
In 2025, PropNex Malaysia recorded RM200 million in sales — a 25-fold increase over eight years — cementing its position as one of the country's fastest-growing real estate agency networks, it stated.
Over the same period, the company facilitated more than 116,000 property transactions across the country.
PropNex Malaysia's network has since expanded beyond its original Kuala Lumpur base to include branches in Petaling Jaya, KLCC, and Cheras in the Klang Valley, and Johor Bahru, Penang, Sabah and Sarawak, reflecting a deliberate push to build a nationwide footprint across key property markets.
The convention also highlighted two operational milestones achieved in the past year: the company's REN headcount crossing the 2,000 mark, and the production of 20 millionaires within its agent network in 2025 — a metric the company uses to benchmark its training and commission performance model.
A central plank of PropNex Malaysia's growth strategy has been its investment in training and human capital development, anchored on the training framework established by its Singapore parent.
The company said it has also made strides in technology, establishing an in-house IT team to develop a fully integrated agent-facing platform designed to improve connectivity and workflow efficiency. Its corporate website was also relaunched this year with an enhanced, more interactive interface.
At the convention, PropNex Malaysia introduced five guiding principles for its agents going forward — Learn & Grow, Strive & Rise, Dare & Dream, Unite & Achieve, and Lead & Win — framed as a framework for performance culture and leadership development as the organisation enters its next growth phase.
PropNex has also recently published a report in collaboration with EdgeProp. Titled Malaysia Property Market Overview, it gives data-driven insights to guide property buying decisions in 2026.
