PETALING JAYA (May 19): Property developer Malton Bhd has officially opened The Hill Residences sales gallery and an on-site show unit for The Hill Residences Phase 2 in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. The development is now open for sale, with prices starting from RM865,000.

In a statement released on May 18, the low-density development comprises 56 semi-detached homes in a gated-and guarded community surrounded by greenery within Seremban town centre.  

The Hill Residences Phase 2 marks the final phase of the established community, following the completion and full sale of the 24 semi-detached homes launched under Phase 1. 

The homes are offered in several layout configurations, with built-up sizes ranging from 2,329 to 4,269 sq ft. The units feature four- and five-bedroom layouts with multiple bathrooms, designed to accommodate multigenerational living.

“Phase 2 of The Hill Residences stands out for its spacious landed homes, set within a green environment in the established town centre of Seremban. This tranquil community features a fully equipped clubhouse, allowing residents to connect with their neighbours the moment they receive the keys to their new home,” said Malton executive director Datuk Hong Lay Chuan. 

The clubhouse facilities include a multipurpose hall, gymnasium, indoor play area, swimming pool and playground. Outdoor amenities will include basketball and pickleball courts, as well as landscaped areas.

Located within an established neighbourhood, the development is supported by a range of nearby amenities aimed at supporting long-term liveability.  

Educational institutions in the vicinity include SJK(C) Pei Hua, Chung Hua High School and SMJK Tunku Ampuan Najihah. Retail and daily conveniences are available at Terminal 1 Shopping Centre, Pasar Besar Seremban and Seremban Prima Mall.

Accessibility is supported by nearby public transport facilities such as Bus Terminal Seremban, while KPJ Seremban Specialist Hospital is located about 1.5km from the development.  

According to the developer, all key amenities are situated within a 5km radius. The project is also connected to Kuala Lumpur via the Kajang-Seremban Highway (LEKAS) and the North–South Expressway (NSE).
