In a Bursa Malaysia filing today, Citaglobal said the private placement was completed upon the listing and quotation of the subscription shares on June 10. On behalf of Citaglobal, TA Securities Holdings Bhd and Astramina Advisory Sdn Bhd said the completion was marked by the listing of the shares on Bursa Securities. The announcement follows a series of filings made between February and June 2026 in relation to the placement exercise.

In a separate Bursa filing on Monday, BCorp said BSecurities subscribed for 46,768,000 new ordinary shares in Citaglobal on June 8, representing 8.64% of the enlarged issued share capital of Citaglobal. BCorp holds a 100% interest in BSecurities, which was formerly known as Inter-Pacific Securities Sdn Bhd.
