KUALA LUMPUR (June 29): Pavilion Group and joint-venture partner Canada Pension Plan Investment Board have achieved a major construction milestone with the topping-out of the 31-storey Corporate Suites-Hotel Tower at Pavilion Damansara Heights New Phase.

According to a press statement on Friday, June 26, the 135-unit Corporate Suites had received strong market interest with 80% of the available office space sold.

The topping-out ceremony signifies the completion of the building's structural framework. The development is designed to offer Grade A office specifications, modern workplace amenities, and seamless connectivity to the Pavilion Damansara Heights MRT Station.

Pavilion Group project director Joey Ung said: "The topping-out of the Corporate Suites-Hotel Tower in less than 12 months represents the strong commitment of the developer to create a world-class integrated business destination. The positive market response reinforces confidence in the project's strategic location, premium design, and long-term value proposition."

The completion of the Corporate Suites-Hotel Tower sets the pace for the other two residential towers in the New Phase, Imperial Residences and Royal Suites, which are slated for completion early in the first quarter of 2029.
