PETALING JAYA (July 1): AME Elite Consortium Bhd and AME Real Estate Investment Trust (AME REIT) have completed a RM100.8 million related-party transaction involving three industrial properties after the final settlement for i-Park SAC 34 was made.

In separate Bursa Malaysia filings yesterday (June 30), AME Elite said its subsidiaries had completed the disposal of the three properties to RHB Trustees Bhd, acting as trustee for AME REIT.

The company said completion followed receipt of the balance disposal consideration of RM38.514 million for i-Park SAC 34 by its subsidiary, Ipark Development, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SPA.

AME REIT, in a corresponding filing, said the balance purchase consideration of RM38.514 million for i-Park SAC 34 had been paid to Ipark Development, completing the acquisition side of the transaction.

The companies said the completion marked the conclusion of the disposals and acquisitions announced previously and referred to in circulars dated July 3, 2025.

According to an earlier EdgeProp report on the transaction, the three properties comprise i-Park SAC 34 and two factories in AME’s i-TechValley industrial estate in Johor’s Iskandar corridor.
