KUALA LUMPUR (July 21): Lim Seong Hai Capital Bhd (KL:LSH) plans to transfer its listing to the Main Market from the ACE Market.

The construction company said in a bourse listing on Monday that it has met the requirements for the transfer as set out in the equity guidelines issued by the Securities Commission Malaysia and the Main Market listing requirements of Bursa Malaysia.

LSH said the company has achieved an aggregate profit after tax of RM238.52 million for the most recent three financial years, including RM102.08 million for the latest year.

To make the transition, the company needs to have an aggregate three-year after-tax profit of at least RM30 million, including at least RM15 million for the latest year.

LSH also reported that the company is in a healthy financial position, with current assets and liabiltiies totalling RM645.42 million and RM179.92 million respectively, representing a current ratio of about 3.59 times.

It added that it has also met the six-month daily market capitalisation requirement, with its market capitalisation consistently exceeding the minimum RM1 billion since September 2025.

LSH said the transfer of listing to the Main Market, if approved by the relevant authorities, will mark another milestone for the company following its transfer of listing from the LEAP Market to the ACE Market on March 21, 2025.

“The board believes that the proposed transfer of listing is expected to enhance the corporate profile of the company as a Main Market-listed issuer and better align its listing status with the group’s current scale of operations, financial position and track record,” the company added.

LSH said the transfer is expected to be completed by the end of 2026.
