PETALING JAYA (July 28): Gadang Holdings Bhd has extended the conditional period for the proposed disposal of a Rumah Selangorku (RSKU) land parcel after its wholly-owned subsidiary and the purchaser mutually agreed to allow more time to satisfy the transaction's conditions precedent.
In a Bursa Malaysia filing on Monday (July 27), the construction and property group said its wholly-owned subsidiary Crimson Villa Sdn Bhd and purchaser Trans Loyal Development Sdn Bhd had agreed to extend the conditional period under the sale and purchase agreement (SPA) to Dec 3.
The proposed disposal for the 3.41-hectare parcel in Taman Akasia, Semenyih, was first announced on Dec 5, 2025. The freehold parcel was identified as Geran 339953, Lot 50554, Mukim Semenyih, Daerah Ulu Langat, Selangor.
Gadang said the extension allows the purchaser additional time to fulfil all conditions precedent under the SPA.
Apart from the extension, all other salient terms of the SPA remain unchanged, the company said.
Gadang added that it would make further announcements on the proposed disposal as required by Bursa Malaysia.
