The unit stood also out for offering one of the largest layouts in City of Green for its price. It was in an almost move-in-ready condition, requiring only some loose furniture, and featured a KLCC-facing view — available only in Block B units. The property was on the market for three months before it was sold. The owner sold the unit as he wanted to make other investments.
A transaction on Sept 10, 2025 saw a unit at City of Green with a built-up size of 1,200 sq ft sold at RM600,000, reflecting a price of RM500 psf (source: EdgeProp EPIQ).
As of the beginning of August, based on *20 sale listings on EdgeProp for units at City of Green, the average asking price was RM465,460 or RM440.65 psf, based on built-up sizes ranging from 1,000 to 1,200 sq ft. Based on *20 rental listings, the average asking monthly rate was RM2,435.00 or RM2.33 psf, based on built-up sizes ranging from 1,000 to 1,200 sq ft.
