The property was rented out in less than one month after listing.
A transaction on March 16 saw an office lot at The MET Corporate Towers with a built-up size of 1,356 sq ft sold at RM1.76 million, reflecting a price of RM1,297.94 psf (source: EdgeProp EPIQ).
As of the beginning of August, based on *two sale listings on EdgeProp for units at The MET Corporate Towers, the average asking price was RM3,699,300 or RM1,399.63, based on built-up sizes ranging from 2,422 to 2,864 sq ft. Based on *17 rental listings, the average asking monthly rate was RM18,430.41 or 8.01 psf, based on built-up sizes ranging from 2,024 to 3,000 sq ft.
