According to Christopher Kwong  (REN 60886) (011-1188 1620) of E Trend Realty Sdn Bhd, the buyer liked the property for its low density, practical and spacious layout, and the view from the living room, which was at eye level with the greenery. Other attractions were the private lift lobby, and three side-by-side car parks located near the lift. The unit also stood out for its rare layout in Hijauan Kiara, with six units in the block and just one unit per floor, making it a premium offering in the development.

The property was on the market for a year before being sold. The previous owner sold the unit after moving to a bigger property.

A transaction on April 14 saw a unit at Hijauan Kiara with a built-up size of 3,563 sq ft sold at RM2.25 million, reflecting a price of RM631.49 psf (source: EdgeProp EPIQ).

As at end-August, based on *13 sale listings on EdgeProp for units at Hijauan Kiara, the average asking price was RM2,117,692 or RM643.02 psf, based on built-up sizes ranging from 2,487 to 3,732 sq ft. Based on *three rental listings, the average asking monthly rate was RM8,000 or RM3.02 psf, based on  built-up sizes ranging from 2,487 to 2,735 sq ft.
